Everyone wants their day to be in a great one, to be in their favor. I start my day with prayer, journaling and meditation. It helps me a lot to prioritize what is important. I start by waking up early in the morning and start crossing out my goals one by one from buying my grocery lists to meeting up a friend. 

Prayer is eveyrthing, period. It reminds me to be humble enough. Journaling and meditation are done one after the other, It is all important. Writing my goals helps me to go from one task to another and meditation helps me to be more centered and be present. Thus making me at ease to tackle my specific day.
