How do you make passive income on Pinterest?
I started making money by growing my Pinterest account organically and then directing my traffic to retailers websites using third party affiliate marketing companies. In return, I was making money per click and per purchase for every product link that I posted on my Pinterest account, simply because I was influencing the sale. This worked wonders for me because I took the time to grow a following that was loyal to me, and I was promoting a product that my followers loved. I was confident that my followers will love and purchase my posts because they are organic followers. I also am a search engine optimization wizard, so I know how to target ideal clients that aren’t yet following me and know how to create viral posts that show up on the main page of Google and Pinterest search engines. Therefore, this process became very lucrative for me. I was posting content that I loved while also promoting products that I loved, and in return I was rewarded for that passively through the magic of a search engine.
Remember, I made this money without owning a website, having a crazy amount of followers, or owning any of my own products! I still remember to this day the first time I implemented affiliate marketing into my Pinterest strategy. I remember waking up and making 50 cents from my affiliate company! As my influence grew, along with my SEO strategy, so did my income. I will never forget that first day I tried, because that was the day that would ultimately change my life.
Why should a business owner focus their efforts on search engine marketing, such as Pinterest?
Making money while I was sleeping, that was something I could get behind. But more than that, I now utilize Pinterest to grow my email list, get traffic to my my blog, book out my services, and sell my digital products, all hands off and on autopilot (and no ads required). Pinterest is a search engine, just like Google. It’s power for business owners is untapped, and we can control traffic to our websites and grow our influence online if we know how to utilize it strategically.
With Pinterest and search engine marketing, content creators and online businesses do not need to pay to play in order to make a massive impact online. Pins go viral over weeks, months, and even years after they have been posted, because Pinterest (just like Google and YouTube) is a search engine. Business owners can start working ON their business, instead of IN their business, by putting their efforts into the power of a search engine. Less work, more impact, thats what search engine marketing does for your business.
Will this strategy work for any business, and what is your best Pinterest tip if someone wanted to get started today?
The best part about what I do, is that you can do this too!
Pinterest marketing works wonders for ANY business. ANY blog. And ANY person that desperately needs to grow their email list, grow their followers or subscribers, grow their blog views, and grow their bank account passively online.
You also do NOT need an insane amount of followers to allow this process to work for you, because pins grow in popularity over time through the search (which is the exact opposite of Facebook and Instagram). Growing your influence on a search engine allows for you website to rank higher in other search engines as well.
Due to demand of wondering how ANY business owner or blogger can do this, I’ve recently released my first digital course on Pinterest Marketing for Business so you can easily implement my strategies to be well on your way to cultivating the same results I’ve had for your own business. Heres the link to my course for more information.
The best tip I can give you, that you can also apply to any social media network, is to start today, have a well defined niche, and be very consistent by being active on the network every single day. The longer you wait, the longer it will take you to reach your goals. Everyone starts at the bottom, so don’t be afraid to start.
