I am left in awe. Heart and eyes wide open, all my senses tingling with beautiful overload as I listen, learn, share and experience. Looking around the room at the shiny eyes of three generations interacting and collaborating across cultures, religions and races I am filled with inspiration. This is not the duality and divide that everyone is focused on in America. This is humanity working symbiotically to create gorgeous solutions for change. Every single person in the room focused for this moment on the change they want to see in the world. Ideas, solutions and commitments to action are spilling out of everyone. The microphone and the flip chart marker shared between beautiful unique individuals who have never met before, who never imagined they would share space and dreams.
We do not want the moment to end. There are passionate stories of personal adventure and growth being shared. Realizations and connections being made over and over again.
We imagine, create and play together. Tiny hands along side firm capable and older experienced ones. We connect and communicate.
No one falters as they speak authentically about what they want for the world, how they will find and create balance. We collectively explore new learning environments, ideas for empowerment and our dreams for a rejuvenating eco-system.
While drums beat and performers entertain we use our whole body listening and creativity to truly immerse ourselves in the experience and before we know it we are a tribe.
A tribe of people passionate about change who choose to take gentle action through innovative solutions, maintaining momentum towards equilibrium.
The projects we create and commit to are exciting and possible. We will start them immediately and will invite our eco-systems to join.
We each feel the enormous possibility that is being created and are excited to bring the global network on the journey with us.
The experience of leading the Los Angeles Call to Action on Saturday was beautifully exhilarating and filled me with a sense of excitement.
We have created the society we are being shown and it is up to us to change it. Like dropping a pebble in the sea I know that the ripples of what has been started will be far reaching and only limited by our amazing ability to imagine and create.
