Even though loving yourself and your body just as it seems extremely challenging, trust us when we say that it surely is possible. Of course, covering some minor flaws is always a good idea, and choosing the appropriate swimwear style is the first thing you should do. For example, you should definitely get monochromatic high waisted bottoms that can cover your belly or a one-piece swimsuit if you don’t want to show too much skin. Just pick a swimsuit according to your body type and you won’t make a mistake!

How to stay confident in an unfamiliar environment?

The general rule says that the more comfortable you are with yourself, the more comfortable you will be in an unfamiliar environment where you don’t know anyone, and you know what? We can’t agree more with that claim! Of course, it’s very easy to feel uncomfortable when you don’t really know what to expect from the situation and the people in it, and the fear of judgment is actually in the root of your insecurity. Before you enter the unfamiliar space, just take a few deep breaths and make it clear why you decided to come there in the first place. Once that’s done, enter the room with an open heart, knowing that you’re valuable as much as any other person there. That’s the key to success if you ask us!
