You and your team need to give in ideas everyday and each member has to put in their effort. Know that it is even a great advantage that it is not just any individual project but a team work, working together in groups makes the work easier as you can all easily ship in ideas which will help the team reach success. The main focus should be what you will all gain after the success, when you think more about this then you will be willingly to work greatly.
Build trust: In every organization or relationship if there is lack of trust then the relationship go soar. As a team member you need to be able to work with adequate honesty. Let the whole team knows what and what is on the table. When there is trust, members will be able to happily drop there incomes or trust one person to bring in good result without having to worry.
Ensure a sense of belonging: Know that it’s is a team work, nothing actually belongs to you totally. If there is any form of income it has to be shared equally. In the case of a team work there is nothing like “I” anything result either positive or negative has to be pass around.
Engage the heart: Engaging the heart helps strengthens the relationship among the group member which is one of the factor that help in yielding a quicker success among the team. When the heart is at peace with one another then work will be easy to achieve and success will be quicker.
