What does your company do?
Confused Girl is a movement of the modern female warrior to find her true nature. We are building the bridge between spirit and apparel. All of our designs are completely unique and every design is inspired by a different healing crystal. I create the designs by taking high resolution photos of crystals that inspire me and working with an art team to print them onto fabric. Each pair of leggings represents a different stone. The healing crystals balance yin/yang energy and cultivate courage, creativity and healing. Our leggings are 4-way stretch, breathable and made in the USA and Europe. We pride ourselves in using the best quality fabric on the market.
What makes you stand out from others in your field?
No one is me and no one has my unique voice. I’m pretty sure no one else has an activewear line inspired by healing crystals.
How do you maintain work-life balance?
I meditate every morning for 20 minutes. I write in my gratitude journal and I also exercise in nature everyday. Moving my body is key to maintaining a peaceful mind. Whether it’s a yoga class, group training or a run, I do something daily.
