Reflection is key to self-discovery.  Its a great way to find your true potential, without focusing too much on your past.  It’s about learning.  Developing.

Finding your focus through reflection opens you to a world of opportunities.  Even if you take the time to do this once a day, find a space in your home, meditate and reflect.  Its a timeless journey to your spirit which speaks to you openly and honestly as long as you allow it.

Here are some tips for you:

  1. Reflection allows you to be prepared – learn from past mistakes and don’t get into a vicious cycle
  2. Preventative measures are put in place – you know what you need to do
  3. Use reflection as a tool to relax also – the meditation part comes into play nicely – this space in your mind really helps you be more open
  4. Brainstorm – it literally is that when you reflect also – if it helps, write things down that come into your mind – this is your inner spirit talking – acknowledge it!
  5. Contentment – we all need this in life.   Reflect helps you pave the way to your ideal life
  6. Start a journal – you can write down 3 things you are grateful for or simply journal your day
  7. Exercise – this helps you become more active and helps the brain also for new discoveries to come
  8. Thing about what you can change immediately and things that need to change long term – be realistic with this and true to yourself
  9. Commitment – this is key – if you write it down, do it
  10. Vision it – reflection allows you to vision what you would like to see something to be like – this helps overall with accomplishing your goal

To summarize, you need to reflect sometimes in life.  You need a moment of pause.  Everything stops.  Silence.

Reflect today for a better tomorrow.
