How I Prepare For A Busy Week

Busy Week

Busy weeks, busy days are very common for every grown up who has a source of income and also have a task to achieve everyday, I as a person I often go through stressful day but the ability to manage my day and still remain strong and fresh after the week is my strength. Having to go through stressful week can be quite challenging and the thought of starting work every Monday especially after a resting weekend, aside reading a Monday motivational quotes to keep myself in check and prepare for the new week, here are also few ways I prepare myself for a Busy week.

A workout treat: On Sunday before starting the new week I go out for a nice work out treat and get a nice workout routine which will most definitely prepare my body for the new week and of course work out is also good once in a while during the week, sometimes I struggle to create time to workout during the week so in order not to lose out shape I set my work out for Sunday in order to remain strong at the end of my busy week.

Create a nice time for myself: Regardless of how busy and occupied you might be endeavor to create a great time for yourself, you can go out for a coffee at the end of your busy day, take enough time to be in your world and have a nice good time for yourself.

Take care of my physical appearance: Having a busy week doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take good care of your physical appearance ensure to always look captivating so every Sunday before you start a new busy week prepare your cloth nicely for the week, try the cloth on and see it suit you perfectly, arrange them for the week and set each cloth for every day in a nice way.

Eating good meals: Ensure to eat good meals, prepare your food every Sunday, store your food at home because out of your busy day you might not have time to go to food store, so every Sunday when you have free time to prepare do so.

List what as to be achieved that week: State your scale of preference according to the importance, know what as to be achieved during the week and write them down, get your plan straight and fix it in by doing so it will reduce your stress for the week because you already know what you aim to achieve at the end of the week so therefore it will reduce your stress for the week at least in a little way.

Having a nice plan: Planning is also a cool way, plan your week days and also fix a day to hang out with friends this also helps you have a nice week even though you are busy. Ensure you create a nice plan for yourself on Sunday, you can fix a day out of the day to hang out with friends during the evening after work, trust me this is also a great way to reduce stress.

Pick point what to do daily: Know your daily activities, always have them written down and get to do them easily, by knowing what needs to be achieved it will help you have a smooth and less stressful week.
