Growing up was quite challenging for me, from one obstacles to the other. I had many issues to deal with, to crown it all my parent were not well to do, I remember how we struggle to have three square meals. I was very sad with life and was somehow weak about everything around me.

I felt I was alone in life and I have to struggle for everything I want, I was practically sad about my existence, I wonder why everything I want is very difficult to attain. I see myself as a mistake and every time I wake up all I think about is how to correct those mistakes. Not until I start growing up before I started to understand more things about life and how every success people too have fight their way before they achieve success, for instance Catherine Paiz the famous Model and actress she has also talk about how she has had own difficulty in life which later yield success and happiness.

I was able to fight my way through and eventually embrace happiness in life, you can also do the same. I will be sharing few tips on how to let go of sadness and embrace happiness:

Be positive about life: Have a good attitude towards life, this determine your happiness a lot in your life. think about the great things and let go of the bad thought in your life. Believe that everything in your life will always result to greatness. Be very positive about everything and before you know it you will start finding fulfillment in everything you do which will always yield happiness.

Be grateful about the things you have: The best gift you can give yourself in life is to be grateful for everything life was able to offer you, instead of complaining about the things you couldn’t get why not be happy for the things you have and love those things truly. Cherishing what you have makes you find fulfillment in life which Is the key to everlasting happiness.

Get over bad mood and study your mood: Work on getting over bad mood quickly, staying sad always often open room for regret and expectations. Work on how to stay away from the things that remind you of the sad part of your life. Be cheerful and always remind to stay off negative energy. Study your mood and correct it instantly with happy thought.

Know your worth: No matter how poor one might be, there is always something special about you. Know your worth, study the good thing about you which makes you special and work on embracing them. These will help you find happiness in life no matter where you find yourself or the battles you have to face; these will help you overcome them all.

Have a self love: Self love is the master of all happiness. Your happiness in life is determine on how much you love yourself. Love yourself in a bigger way and you will always find reason to be happy.
