So many people struggle with the concept of purpose, we tend to self-deem ourselves a failure if we don’t understand why we are here and it doesn’t work like that.
I know this to be true from my own experience….
When we go the wrong way, life’s clunky and it doesn’t flow. But when we get on our soul path the world and life opens up for us.
Having interviewed 100 thought leaders and lived through my own life experience, I’ve come to the realisation that finding your life purpose is essential to reach prosperity. Work out what you enjoy doing, listen to that inner voice, that’s your soul talking and move towards it. You don’t have to know where it leads, you just have to show to the universe you’re committed and move towards it. The universe, as they say, has your back and will move to support you.
After having lost myself quite badly though depression, addiction and in a job I hated, I discovered the ancient Vedic concept of Dharma which led me to my spiritual awakening. When we do our Dharma we are happier healthier and live longer!
Dharma lies on the principles that we have each been blessed with a unique set of gifts and talents and when we use those in service to others, our happiness comes alive. We are designed this way it is hard wired into us.
Studies have proven that when we are altruistic we live longer and are happier and healthier. So doing our Dharma leads us to live longer, happier and healthier lives!
What is not to like, doing your Dharma gives you an inner sense of fulfilment and meaning to your life.
