How CBD & Melatonin Helped Me Overcome My Insomnia

I struggled for years with Insomnia and finally discovered what works for me...

Ever since I was a kid I had trouble falling asleep at a decent hour. When I would fall asleep I’d often wake up shortly after and begin playing with things in my room. This continued well into my teenage years and never really stopped until I met a woman named Mia Shark.

Mia had connected with me on Facebook and we began chatting about business. I had mentioned to her that I’d always had trouble falling and staying asleep. On top of that, as an entrepreneur, I was free to make my own schedule which definitely didn’t help. To my surprise, Mia had something that would change my life forever. She had a natural medicine that she had a natural medicine that would help with my sleeping disorder!

Mia owns an online shop that sells certified CBD Oil products, Kaliber Health. She quickly proved to me that she is an expert in the CBD field giving me a breakdown of how it works and how her Oils are extracted. So when she suggested I try her “CBD Living Sleep Aid” I went ahead and did just that.

Now I had tried a bunch of different natural sleep remedies in the past… Magnesium, Lavender, Passion Flower, and even Melatonin. The only one that worked for me was Melatonin, but it worked too well. I would take small doses and sleep too much! As a business owner, I felt that oversleeping was worse than hardly sleeping at all. So I gave it up and stopped looking for ways to treat my Insomnia.

This “syrup” that Mia told me to try out actually worked for me. Here’s why I think it worked so well. The syrup contains 60mg of CBD and 16mg of Melatonin in a 4 oz bottle. I would use about 1/4 oz an hour before I wanted to go to sleep and well… I fell asleep!

When I woke up in the morning I hadn’t overslept and I actually felt refreshed because I didn’t wake up in the middle of the night. This was true every night that I used this stuff. The consistent sleep helped me be more productive and take my businesses to the next level. As an entrepreneur, I understand how important getting enough rest is.

With all of that said, I’m no doctor, and I don’t give out medical advice. Everyone is different so what works for me might not work for you. If you struggle with Insomnia or you wake up throughout the night you may want to go do some research on CBD and Melatonin. It has changed my life for the better and I am definitely healthier than I was just a few months ago.
