This method consists of two aspects:

2 . Analysis of the external environment (opportunities and threats): which takes into account the actual and real situation where the existing threats and untapped opportunities on the other hand and analyzes the possible change in each.

Strengths Any intrinsic capabilities already exist that help to exploit opportunities and potential and to combat threats.

The following questions can be addressed:

a. What are the strengths?

B. What are the positive qualities and advantages (talents, skills, behaviors, statements)?

C. What are the sources of power?

Examples Strengths:

Good managers, good financial resources, good communication with the target group, provide the necessary technologies.

Weaknesses Any internal conditions and internal constraints actually hinder the ability to exploit opportunities. The following questions can be addressed:

a. What are the weaknesses?

B. What are the troublesome or disturbing things?

C. What needs to be addressed, followed, supported and strengthened?

Examples of weaknesses: – Need for motivation – Need for mobility – Facilities – Problems distribution of services.

Opportunities:

Any external circumstances or trends have a positive effect that enabled or enabled an opportunity for development and growth.

The following questions can be addressed:

a. What changes or external conditions have helped?

B. What has been exploited or can be exploited for progress and growth?

C. What has contributed to the process of development and progress?

Examples of opportunities: – Targeted groups on the program.

– The presence of other businesses, projects or bodies cooperating.

Threats: Any external circumstances or trends that may adversely affect or adversely affect a factor that is threatened or may cause loss and damage.
