How A Highly Driven Entrepreneur Was Able To Change His Mindset & Build A Top Notch Customer Acquisition Agency

I was able to chat with Zach Paone who is a 26-year-old entrepreneur with a love for helping businesses acquire customers. Paone started his journey in college where he often found himself skipping out on boring finance homework and taking online courses on data science, information technology, pattern recognition, and digital marketing.

Struggling to finish college, he realized he wanted to start his own business using his self-developed advertising and data reading skill set to scale businesses by optimizing their customer acquisition process. So, he finally created something he could be proud of, Advincible Media, a premier customer acquisition agency that specializes in messenger bot marketing.

I had the opportunity to ask him a few questions about his mindset during those few years of starting his business and here is what he had to say:

Has there ever been a time where you gave up or wanted to quit? How did you overcome that feeling?

For sure. I had just spent every last dollar in my bank account towards a restaurant venture I was trying to create with my fiance’. It didn’t work how we wanted it to and when I looked at my road ahead for Advincible Media, I had no money, no job, and no one to help me sell my services. I overcame it by becoming valuable. I spent all I had left on courses and mentors that taught me skills which separated me from the rest of the average Facebook Ads Agencies out there. That ended up giving me the results for clients that got them to brag about them to friends and began to spiral in our favor!

How will you continue to grow and succeed?

By realizing that this industry, and any industry, is always shifting with the changes in technology. So I tend to be constantly learning. When I am at my desk running ads for clients and preparing for meetings I like to buy new courses or listen to podcasts for background noise and pick up small or even big value that I might need in the future that can allow me to always be current with trends, and changes on advertising platforms.
