Annie says success depends upon your hard work, but that’s not enough. The determination and will to not give up even after failure makes you successful. We all know success and hard work are synonymous, but few are willing to put in the work it takes to become a success. There’s no such thing as an overnight success – every sudden success story we hear has been a decade in the making, and you’ve got to put in that work if you want to achieve the same success. Everyone dreams big. But not all can achieve it. There are few who have the dedication and consistency to achieve their dream. The path to success is full of hard work, knowledge and dedication. Success doesn’t happen by chance. It takes strategic actions in the right direction to get there.

There is a well-known proverb “no pain, no gain” hard work never goes wasted. Although it may be later or sooner success comes to your feet.

It doesn’t happen overnight either. There are more failures during the journey than most people allow themselves to admit, it’s just that the stories about overnight success sound better.

At the end of the day, it’s all about how hard you’ve worked on the right thing – the one which will get you closer to your goal. There are billions of people on this planet earth. Some are successful and doing great in their lives. But the majority of the people are a failure because they don’t know who is responsible for their success. Life is full of twists and turns. Everyone has to struggle here in this world to conquer every hindrance in the way to success. For this hard work is obligatory. Without working hard and just by sitting idle it will be hard for one to get success.

If success was free, everyone would have it. But there are few successful individuals and each of them had put in enough productive work before they received anything in return.

That’s important, and it’s fair enough. While working hard on what you believe in, you’re understanding its true value. She says in the beginning of your journey, you aren’t ready to handle the success and all the responsibilities that come together with it. But earning it with sweat and sacrifices prepares you for that. Hard work and dedication for work is the key to reach the goal, but there are other potential needs to be taken to get success. To illustrate, you need to be humble, honest, genuine, cooperative, responsible, smart, intelligent, trustworthy, teamworker, motivated, skilled and always committed to learn everyday from your mistakes and from the peers, so it comes of as a stepping stone in your life to make every one step of your success.

Hard work may not guarantee you success but lack of hard work definitely leads to failure. Hard work, giving your best efforts and taking actions all the time are the most important keys to success. People, who sit all day, not take necessary actions and wait for better opportunities never achieve anything.

Greatness and extraordinary success isn’t reserved for a preordained few. It is available to you and to everyone. If you are willing to put in the work, your efforts will pay off.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
