Indulged in digital marketing, online health and wellness, and information marketing, Gee Bryant is a multidimensional guru who cracked over 1 million sales in 2017 in the first year of his business RI28 at the age of 28. He is also a motivational speaker, offering to consult and coaching to inspire more people to achieve their dreams. It all sounds even more surprising with the fact that at 24, he was broke, sleeping on floors and in his car at times after his initial move from Philadelphia to Atlanta. Through his struggles, Gee offered personal fitness training which inspired him to open his first gym a few years back, while today he owns Atlanta’s hottest gym “The Loft Athletic Club”. He now is an investor who has several businesses, including an online school for entrepreneurs known as “The Shift Academy”. To get your dose of inspiration, below are some of Gee Bryant’s top tips for powering through his daily work routine.

Disconnect from Social Media and Relax

Gee disconnects himself from technology every morning to make sure he isn’t influenced much by everything that’s happening around. Once he wakes up in the morning at about 5-6 am, he doesn’t touch his phone until breakfast around 9 am. He says his mantra is to take a quarterly a trip that keeps him away from the internet and social media as well. He uses his morning hours to indulge in relaxing activities like prayer, meditation, reading a book, working out, and lastly, heading for breakfast. Engaging in some ‘me’ time before he gets started with the day and face the world helps him deal with things much better. Plus, he never misses spending some time with nature around once every week. This helps him focus on his work again and get in sync with the energies of the Universe. A dose of relaxation away from work boosts your productivity to new heights when you get back to work.

Focus on Mental and Physical Well-Being

It doesn’t call for any explanations that ‘Health is Wealth’, and a sound mind is the most essential element to one’s smooth functioning. According to Gee, he wouldn’t have much time for himself when he had just begun working. This eventually started deteriorating his mental well-being, making problems like depression and anxiety a regular phenomenon. His daily routine now involves a bunch of self-care activities, ranging from sports, staying around friends and family, going for massage sessions, playing drums, skating, or simply cherishing our natural surroundings. Your physical well-being is in fact, the most significant things as a healthy mind resides in a healthy body! Gee puts his physical health on the top of his priority list when it comes to powering through his busy routine. When it comes to his diet, he sticks to Vegan and makes sure to drink at least one gallon of water daily. He believes that we feel better when we look better, and when we feel better, we deliver much better. So, Gee doesn’t miss working out every morning to boost the release of those feel-good hormones.

Schedule Your Work and Build a Great Team

It’s a must for Gee Bryant to adhere to a schedule, which he usually plans out 2 weeks in advance. Plus, he never works past the hours he has some specific tasks scheduled. When it comes to managing multiple businesses, he goes for one business per day to keep it all de-cluttered. However, a matter of immediate attention may call for handling more than one in a day. Lastly, nothing can work just as planned and scheduled if you don’t have a wonderful team or delegation by your side. Gee gives huge credit to his team when it comes to helping his busy schedules and letting him focus on what he wants to do. To shift his focus to greater tasks, he has delegated lots of jobs to his team, and everyone plays their position with utmost perfection. Apart from wishing to be positioned as a young self-made man who came from surprisingly humble beginnings, Gee wants to help people get to the next level. He calls himself a self-educated hustler and grinder, making sure to take time out to interact with kids at inner-city schools about how they can turn into the best versions of themselves!
