Powerful insights, Emma. At this moment everywhere on earth humans are being robbed; of attention, of love, of money, of health care, of education, of food, of clothing, of human rights, of opportunity to thrive … of rest.
For those of us who rest easy because we rest assured knowing these privileges are part of our daily life, what a blessing.
But for the world majority to whom these privileges have been denied, we need to wake up fast on their behalf by getting rest … so we are present when our leaders aren’t … so we become little leaders unto our personal sphere who positively influence that of the larger one exponentially.
No matter how you spell it, to restart a healthy global society involves the art of rest: rest art — re start — restart.
