Finding your way back to your inner Self
Do you ever feel like you have lost touch with your inner self? After realizing that, do you also wonder how you came to that point, when not long ago you were feeling inspired and centered? If so, you are not the only one. I have to come to realize that it only takes one bad decision to take you from one state to the other. Before you know it you are rolling with the punches, on automated survival mode and ignoring your instincts.
The good news is that it only takes making a new and better decision to get you back on track. However it´s not possible to make a new and better decision if you are not aligned with your inner and wise self. I find that the best quick fix with solid results is to press the “pause” button. Take your focus off whatever issue is causing you anxiety or frustration and step away from the situation temporarily. This doesn´t mean you need to do a retreat in Bali. Shift your focus to others things that make you feel good by taking some time to turn down the noise of all the distractions around you. Doing a pause from social media, spending more time alone, taking long walks in nature, treating yourself to some pampering and/or meditating (my personal favourite). Once you are back at a centered state, you will get you a whole new perspective on things. When you can see clearly and feel good, you will reconnect with your wiser and inner self.
Remember, poor decisions come from a fragile and anxious state. Your best decisions come from a balanced and high vibrational state!
