Feeling trapped in your job?

This is how you can escape the career you hate and start doing work you love.

You’ve checked all the boxes off the list of what you were told you needed to do be happy. Big salary, nice home, nice car, family and friends and all the “things”.

But you’re not happy. You feel empty, lonely, and numb. The job you used to be in love with…not so much anymore.

Ask anyone else and they would say you’re a lifer right? The next one up for promotion and as eager as a child opening presents on Christmas to get ahead.

The truth? You hate your job. You’re no longer challenged, and are you making a difference? Please. It’s an uphill battle to get anything done because of all the red tape you have to fight your way out of just to get approval.

You’re a leader without autonomy to be creative and innovative. What is that even, right?!

You’re not sure about what you want to do, but you KNOW it isn’t where you are now.

You want more than just a paycheck. You want to create a legacy. You want to make an impact and help make the world a better place. And you know that can’t happen where you are now.

I know what you’re thinking. Where the hell do I start? I’ve been in this job for so long, can I even do anything else? Am I good enough to do anything else? You can.

Start here.

  1. Get honest with yourself. Admit you don’t want to be in your job anymore. This is the first step to moving forward.
  2. Ask yourself this question. If I could wake up excited to face the day doing work I love what would that be?
  3. Map out what you need to do to get there.
  4. Then take action.

You need to do work that inspires you, that lights a fire inside of you.

You want a life where you get to wake up everyday and pinch yourself because you can't believe how freaking happy you are.

Imagine being on a vacation without dreading the day you have to leave because you’re ALREADY doing what you love AND living a life you love.

This can be your life, and the only thing standing in your way is your willingness to get real with yourself and take action.

I know what else you're thinking right now too, easier said than done Jennifer. True, transformation isn't easy. I know, because this used to be me. I can also tell you it's worth it. Your happiness, your fulfillment, making a difference in the world doing work you love? ALL worth it.

You can take what I've shared here and figure it out on your own, or you can take a shortcut to achieving results and reach out to me for a deeper level of support.
