Fitness and the use of supplements is a way of exercising that has become extremely popular in recent years. Especially many young people stop their team sports such as soccer to go to the gym. Often you see at the beginning (so it went with me personally) that a team sport is combined with fitness. However, it is difficult to perform both sports optimally.

Fitness is a form of sport in which one must be very patient and consistent in his way of training. There are people (usually the somewhat older ones) who train cardio to keep their fitness up to standard, in principle no supplements are needed for this. Most people, however, go to the gym for strength training. A common pitfall with strength training is that people expect to see results too quickly. This can make you as an athlete unmotivated and tempted to throw in the towel.

However, something has been devised for this, namely the aforementioned supplements. This is a very popular way to make strength training more effective, allowing the athlete to see much faster and more results to his body. Supplements are products that the athlete takes before or after training in order to train more effectively. The most well-known forms of supplements are creatine, protein and pre-workout. Creatine provides more strength in the muscles so that you can train with higher weights, protein provides more protein and therefore more muscle mass (usually mixed with creatine in a “shake”) and finally a glass of pre-workout provides more energy and motivation to work out. The pre-workout is therefore taken before exercise.

One of the most upcoming well known brands is cognitionboosters.com it is an organic supplement / herb selling company based in the Netherlands. They sell in Netherlands and Belgium.

Nutritional Schemes

Not everyone is an advocate of supplements. Some people think supplements are junk and find it pricey in the process. Another, more natural way to take the concept of fitness even more seriously is to follow nutritional schedules. These schemes contain a schedule of what you need to eat every day for a certain period of time in order to reach your goal. The idea is that you eat only what is in your schedule, no more and no less.

There are different diet plans, each with a different goal. Examples are losing weight after pregnancy, or gaining weight for men and then converting this weight into muscle mass.

On the following sites you can find various good nutritional schemes;
