It’s great to have you here. Can you please tell us more about yourself and what you do?
“I basically buy the best house and selling it for Top Dollar. With my skills, I help my clients achieve maximum results when buying and selling real estate in Calgary and surrounding areas. I have been in the industry for over a decade and continue to have a passion for the business.
I have been fortunate enough to join the top 1% of Canada’s top real estate teams, John Hripko at Royal LePage Benchmark. By studying other business models, I have designed a system that implements the best practices to deliver the ultimate in real estate service.
Every day is an opportunity to meet new people and assist them in making significant decisions. Seeing the positive long-term impact of those important decisions is incredibly rewarding. In addition to residential resale, I have extensive experience with investment properties and first-time home buyers.

What is your service area? What are the benefits of working in this area? What are the amazing features of these areas that people should know before moving here?
“I primarily serve Calgary and Metro Area. Some things I love about this place are its proximity to the mountains and its active outdoor lifestyle—moreover, its low taxes and a business-friendly environment. Great transport options. Diverse population. Sunny and Mild climate. Can-Do Attitude.”
In addition, Calgary is also Canada’s oil capital and one of North America’s most important business and financial centers. It’s a haven for outdoor lovers, having many national parks in the area; it is one of the best vacation destinations for skiing, hiking, mountaineering, or simple sightseeing.
And of course, taking a day trip to Banff National Park will be one of the most picturesque trips anyone will ever take. Seeing Lake Louise up close will definitely blow anyone’s minds for sure.
Do you work with a specific type of client or within a specific niche? (Commercial, Investment, First-time Homebuyer, etc.)
“I work with first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, investors who want to enter the real estate market, and all ranges of sellers.”
How is the market performing right now? Is it the right time to acquire your services?
“It’s a Seller’s market but not hugely out of balance. The sellers can get top dollar, but deals can be found on the buyers’ side with careful planning and execution.”
Tell us a little about your personal life? Ex: who do you live with? What are your hobbies? Do you have any pets? Etc.
“I’m married with four kids; we enjoy traveling throughout Alberta and BC when we can. I love doing outdoor activities, and Calgary is the best place for all the oudoor lovers out there.”
What are some pieces of advice that you would give to potential clients looking to buy, sell or invest in your service area?
“Sellers can get top dollar with proper preparation, pricing, marketing, and negotiation. Buyers have to have a good plan, be patient, and the right deal will come. Investors should expect price increases for the foreseeable future. Calgary is the greatest city in the world, and you will love living here!”
