In an exclusive interview with Realtor Inderpreet Chawla, the team went through why she thinks Peel is a “Home for All” and shared her journey to becoming a real estate agent.

Here’s how the interview went:

It’s great to have you here. Can you please tell us more about yourself and what you do?

“For me, it all started when I was very young – a passion for serving and meeting new people and helping them fulfill their dreams. I got this inspiration from my dad, a successful businessman in the Real Estate industry. I’ve been helping and working with his team since I was very young. I have a Master’s degree in Data communications from Brunel University, UK, and started my career in IT in 2009. However, I realized my calling was in Real Estate. That’s why I became a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, committed to facilitate and educate buyers and sellers with all aspects of the housing market. I believe, through my strong research and negotiating skills, I’m able to find the best value for my clients.”

What is your service area? What are the benefits of working in this area? What are the amazing features of these areas that people should know before moving here?

“I serve Peel Region and Surrounding areas. Peel is a ‘Home for All’  people from different parts of the world love to call this place their ‘HOME.’ It has affordable housing, a strong, resilient community, and a place where people can thrive.”

People of Peel give tremendous value in taking care of the environment; that’s why they enforced different regulations like putting appropriate tags on their trash bags to reduce unnecessary wastes on the streets. Not only that, but they also gave emphasis on helping everyone vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus, putting up many clinics throughout the area.

Do you work with a specific type of client or within a specific niche? (Commercial, Investment, First-time Homebuyer, etc.)

“I have more experience in Selling or Buying Residential Real Estate. I love to help First-time homebuyers because I know the pain they go through. When we were looking for our first home, we went through so much hassle and felt that we need someone who can handhold us for this whole process. I offer them a Buyer presentation, which many realtors don’t feel is an important step. Sellers, I provide special Listing packages for you too.”

How is the market performing right now? Is it the right time to acquire your services?

“Absolutely, It’s always a good idea to speak to a realtor to know more about the market and strategies if you’re looking for selling or buying.”

What are some pieces of advice that you would give to potential clients looking to buy, sell or invest in your service area?

“Buying or Selling a home is a BIG decision, and I understand it can be a complicated and intimidating process. However, there are more things to it than just a mortgage payment. My goal is to remove the stress from this process to make the well-informed and best decision.”
