Dr Shefali Mishra: Improving the emotional & behavioural patterns in individuals with her astute knowledge in Psychology.

Unfortunately, we don’t realise that our mental wellbeing is as important as our physical wellbeing & perhaps even more sometimes. Luckily, we have practitioners & counsellors who work towards improving our emotional & behavioural patterns as individuals & help us in solving the respective puzzles of our lives.

One such astute & intelligent doctor that we have today is Dr Shefali Mishra (PhD) who is a scholarly & passionate practitioner in the field of counselling psychology & who tries to segregate her time between training, consulting, counselling practice, and scholarly writing and research. With her knowledge & doctoral research, she investigates the emotional and behavioural problems among individuals. With over four years of rich knowledge & experience in counselling practice, she has worked upon a wide range of emotional, behavioural and adjustment problems, such as stress, depression among adolescents and adults.

With gaining her expertise in dealing with various psychological problems in individuals, she has also done career counselling for adolescents with standardised psychometric testing. For helping bachelors & master students gain skills in counselling in psychology, she has even provided supervision to them in her consulting work. Not just that, she has been forward with conducting workshops and training to adolescents and adults. And to top that she has written & presented several research papers in international conferences and journals.

Dr Shefali Mishra is a Doctorate in Psychology (PhD) from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Punjab. She completed her Bachelors (Hons) in Psychology from Delhi University and did her Masters in Applied Psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia. In addition to that, she even did a post-graduate diploma in Guidance and Counselling.

With her expertise in Counseling Psychology, she is eager to help clients with her experience and compassion & is keen to address their issues to help them improve their quality of life and attain a sense of gratification.
