Behaving the best way in a negative situation is not easy. Thinking of the best positive outcome is challenging.
I love writing with all my being. I love sharing my story with you. I appreciate you as an audience that is willing to allow me to be authentic and vulnerable with you.

Discipline has been a great asset in my life. I apply it to my writing and the way I live my life. It has helped me be clear about the kind of person I want to be and the thoughts I want to have.
It is not easy to maintain positive thoughts when the situation is bombarding me with negativity.
It is not easy controlling my behaviour and responses in intense conversations, in the best way possible.
It takes time and effort. Intentionally nurturing self-control has helped me gain momentum.
It has helped me be a better person in relationships.
High achievements in life have an essence of discipline in them. It doesn’t have to be easy but worth it. You have to ask yourself what is more important to you.
Discipline will make it possible to cross the bridge to accomplishment. The moment you incorporate discipline in your life, you start to win.
The obstacles don’t defeat you.
Naysayers don’t hinder your progress.
Positivity is your go-to response to situations.
Patience and consistency become your best friends.
The feedback (whether negative or positive) will fuel you up and push you forward.
In a video I saw by Tom Bilyeu, he says that you build discipline by doing the little stuff. In his case it’s not eating before 11:30 am.
I agree with him.
Discipline is something you practice over time by doing the micro things. Overtime as you practice that self-control, you will gain the endurance you need to succeed.
Practice discipline. Start to realize the value that lies in it and how it can improve many areas of your life.
