Funnily enough, it’s really my dependence on tech that allows me to have more time with my family. Whether I’m traveling or at my family’s cottage on Long Island — or if my team is traveling to see their family or to explore the world, we can still meet over Google Hangout. It enables my team and I to have freedom and flexibility while still getting to bond with each other and with our families. It actually reduces stress at times when we feel compromised, and it means we don’t have to choose between working together or achieving personal / family goals.
