From the child hood we are told by our parents to cultivate good habits.until we are in their guidance they shape our world. but after teenage we step out in to the world and get out of the four boundaries of our home. Then comes the real test of our life.

We are then the master of our own destiny. Now who shapes or designs our destiny. We ourselves.Rather our daily small small habits  form our character and our way of life.

Good habits makes us feel better, energetic, brings success and sense of achievement and the most important thing it makes us happy. It builds our character. Habits slowly and stealthily seep into our daily routine.Once the same thing or an action is repeated for fifteen days at a stretch it becomes our habit. We unknowingly fall prey to our habits. Then our habits control us.We are not in the control of our habits. If you smoke for one day , and then another gradually you become addicted and it becomes your habit.same for good habits. If you rise up early in the morning for fifteen days, you enjoy the bliss and it becomes your habit. Its the law of fractals.

Fractals are found in our nature in broccoli to rivers and trees. They are self similar elements at different plane of existence. The part is self similar to the whole. If you take out a part it is exactly same as the whole, but  the whole is similar and an iteration or exponential enlargement of the part.So we have fractal thoughts, fractal consciousness and fractal habits.Small small habits attracts self similar habits and gradually it becomes our character. Thus it defines the destiny of our life. Suppose I tell a small lie today to save myself. Then I succeed in fooling somebody.Next a greater event comes and I try a greater lie as a short cut to success which is energized by my previous victory.Like that I go on repeating and I attract similar situation from the universe and I become a great liar.

In case of good habits also.I help some body. The person is happy.I like his reaction.Next I help a more needy person with greater service. The joy of helping increases and it attracts more opportunities in my life to serve people.Same is the case of a writer.a photographer, a businessman, sportsperson, scientists, researchers. Our small likes, dislikes, our fractal thoughts, fractal habits become great attractors to similar greater events and circumstances and that becomes our character and shapes the destiny of our life.

Our life is like a tree.Below are the roots which go deep in to the ground and are fractals and are so exposed to more fertile soil and minerals which nourishes it.These roots are our habits which grounds us and roots us and is our foundation. And above the branches are the fractals self similar and repetition to spread widely above in the sky to get more sunshine that is more happiness. So creating more and more good habits we go on developing similar and attract further good habits and nourish our life so that the result of which is we spread out like branches of a tree in to the world reaching more and more people spreading our happiness and deriving eternal bliss and success in our life.So creating good habits is absolutely necessary for a successful and happy life.

The key to create good habit is fractal thoughts, determination, and daily repetition ie practice and consistency.Fractals are also more energetic. So more you think and practice the act, more you focus and it is more energetic and as you repeat, it becomes your habit and is more energized and it attracts similar good habits in your life and thus you create a life of abundance from your habit.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
