For those of you who have become kindly become acquainted with the spirit of who I am, you would know that I forever committed to learning the lesson…finding the lightness and the brightness within the darkness. As an eternal optimist, I have acknowledged the upside and the benefit to this unprecedented time in our history, for which we are all profoundly impacted by. Fortunately, social isolation is nothing new for me. As an entrepreneur, I have already acclimated to spending exorbitant amounts of time alone so as to focus on my work, to meet my deadlines and to effectively conduct day to day operations within my business. Also fortunate for me, my business is online and has been for many years. I take nothing lightly and I take nothing for granted. Like everyone else, I am impacted and perhaps differently from others, but impacted nonetheless. 

I am purposely and deliberately choosing to utilize this mandatory alone time as a golden opportunity. I view these current circumstances as a period in time to further delve deeply into introspectiveness. To assess what truly matters and conversely, what  does not. I am reading many awesome books that have been put on the backburner due to a previous lack of time. I am ingesting additional content that is aligned with my spirit, my soul, my goals and my intentions. I am taking better care of my health and well-being while also reconnecting with others who are in need of uplifting. I feel for those who are currently struggling. I am here for you friends in whatever ways you may choose to elicit my support outside of this amazing #ThriveGlobal platform/forum. I send love and light to all!

Dolores Hirschmann’s guest appearance on my (weekly) International radio/podcast show, Living Fearlessly with Lisa McDonald was perfectly timed given that Dolores is a savvy business woman, a terrific human being whose moral compass is predicated on TRUST. Dolores’ values and core principles intersect with morality and humanity hence the connecting thread of TRUST. More so than ever before, a good portion of the global collective is feeling compounded by fear, lack and scarcity. People are finding present times confusing, overwhelming, and even dismal. We are being bombarded with alarming updates via our news channels and social media feeds, which are weighing heavily on all our minds and hearts. Regardless of how discerning many of us are, it is hard to know what is real, genuine, truth and fact based as it correlates with the current culture of existing times. Sadly, people are losing trust in media, governments, the systems which are in some cases; glaringly broken or inadequately prepared. TRUST – everything boils down to trust.

Dolores understands that the show must go on to the best of our abilities within our newfound reality. I loved and appreciated that we were able to hone in on the specific subject matter of trust as it relates to business and the business world; particularly when we all know that the business world as we knew it to be, is only one facet for what will change in moving forward. We must all do our part to kick start this economy back into full swing in whichever ways are made available to each of us to do so.

Dolores believes in a TRUST-BASED customer journey…one which ethically inspires clients to want to buy! This is particularly important and ideal for sales and marketing teams as well as for entrepreneurs. This TRUST-BASED journey introduces Dolores’ clients and participants to the concept of TRUST FUNNELS, which is extraordinarily different to the standardized business practices involving SALES FUNNELS. Dolores succinctly unpacks and imparts the known differentials between the two. Dolores teaches why one MIGHT work as opposed to how another is GUARANTEED to work due to what is premised on genuine trust…earned trust…reciprocal trust. It is a WIN WIN scenario for all parties involved. Dolores’ clients have come to understand the ways in which they can effectively create an environment, which fosters a sales transaction resulting from a natural process for building a successful TRUST-BASED relationship. Successful businesses are relational. Successful businesses – successful partnerships and successful collaborations are always contingent upon TRUST.

Dolores was very informative during our interview together. She elaborated on the imperativeness of how to invite a potential lead to a conversation rather than simply marketing to an audience. How to create a well-implemented TRUST-BUILDING strategy in order to authentically convert a lead into a client. Essentially, Dolores impressed upon the loyal listening radio audience, and the podcast subscribers that every connection we make within our market is a piece of a TRUST puzzle of which we are building.
