At slightly below freezing you can freeze in winter outside. Dress warm folks especially with sweet cravings such as Ice Cream which is hard to stay away from for most of us. Wind chills make it more deadly. So guys lease use your smarts and bundle up. Drug addiction makes it numbing to your body chemistry.
