BE LOVE!

“With people, with your food, with your projects, with your daily list of things to do and with any situation, Just BE!” “Don’t be so concerned about DOING.” “Be love, be joy, be connected, be present, be open, be responsible, and be vulnerable. Just BE.” ~Carol Fitzgerald

I am Carol Fitzgerald, a vibrant, passionate, fun-loving, young-spirited woman. My recent book is: “Living a Vibrant Life at Any Age”.

It’s a book about changing mindset, making human connections, BEING LOVE and knowing that when things don’t always go according to plan, we can still be okay with it.

Through coaching and searching, group dynamics, and the death of my husband, I learned three very important life lessons late in life. I would like to know that I have made a difference in the lives of others.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
