With the advent of technology, there have been expansion opportunities in the frozen, chilled, prepared mixes, and shelf-stable food segments, among others.

Improvement in the standard of living, along with higher disposable income, has led to a rise in demand for Indonesian frozen food Expansion of retail channels in the form of new and improved hypermarkets and supermarkets is also a key factor for growing sales of frozen foods. Types of Frozen Food that is preferred

Here we present some frozen food that doesn’t have to be unhealthy anymore in Indonesia.

1.    Sausage

Sausage is one of the processed frozen foods that are very popular in Indonesia. This ready-made frozen food is made from spices, animal fat, and minced meat. Generally, in Indonesia, these foods are sold in 2 types, namely beef sausage and chicken sausage

2.    Potato

It didn’t feel like it was eating sausages not accompanied by fried potatoes. This food is a type of frozen food that generally sweetens us when watching movies or breakfast. Fried potatoes are an Indonesian favorite that is generally shaped sticks and we can get them anywhere. This type of potato is usually also served with a meat steak menu that we generally encounter in a number of restaurants

3.    Meatballs

Meatballs are generally served as meatball noodles that we often meet every day. However, meatballs can also be used as ingredients for other recipes, namely spaghetti or stamp cay. Meatballs are usually sold in 2 types, namely chicken meatballs, and beef meatballs, but currently we also often find fish meatballs for sale in several places.

4.    Dude

Generally, if you are lazy to eat heavy food, we like to find a siomay on the roadside. Food derived from fish meat is categorized as a type of frozen food because it is stored in the refrigerator so it is durable and long-lasting and can be cooked the next day

5.    Nugget

Generally, if you snack or have breakfast with potatoes we also usually see frozen food products on this one. This is commonly called a nugget; this type of frozen food is made from spices, flour, and chicken meat. We generally find this food in supermarket or mini market refrigeration machines. Generally, nuggets are sold in the usual form, but now we can see various forms of frozen food product variants namely dinosaur-shaped nuggets, spicy nuggets or cheese-filled nuggets.
