Cancer Awareness Month…

In Honor of Those We Love♥️

Rarely does anyone speak from the caregivers point of view.

  1. Speaking from experience, you could never imagine the emotional toll.
  2. How it’s handled varies from patient- to patient.
  3. Some check in mentally, some check out and become unavailable (because the news is unbearable).
  4. Practice daily routines the preserve life- yours and theirs. Examples: Lifestyle, support in every area.
  5. Caregivers must put their own “well-being” at the forefront. In most cases all attention is given to the patient- leaving a lack of care and decline of health for the caregiver.

Share LOVE, SUPPORT and PRESERVE yourself.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
