So, if you take strong action in the morning, you will have the confidence to make better decisions for the rest of the day and night. However, to have confidence in the next morning, you need to live well the night before. You can not fall into the subconscious self-destruction. You can make better choices in the morning, better choices in the afternoon, and better choices in the evening to create a good cycle. Imagine that you are confident in the morning.
