 Birdlife.

This red robin, really red,

just landed hoped around for a few , then flew.

I looked up its type, turns 7 years old, dead on avg.

Beats in the 200’ per min, sleep on avg 3hr.

Ratio broken down resembles that of other species.

Compared relatively with humans.

that’s 9hr sleep, 100 beats PM, 80years old.

Every min iz 7, what’s a 10min wait?

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
