Take a moment now to connect the essential rhythm of who you are. Dissconect from the outside world and go within. Pause, breathe, and take a moment to be still. Meditate even if it’s just for a moment. Consider it a daily reset. 

Imagine that you’re by the ocean, close your eyes, and see yourself sitting at the beach. Sand beneath your feet. Breathing in the salt air. Feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin. Watch the ocean ebb and flow. 

Just the thoughts of the ocean can bring you into a meditative state, slow you down by calming your body and mind. It’s good for your wellbeing, good for your soul, and brings you to a place of peace. 

Make this a daily practice. Pause for Peace. It really is better than a coffee break.
