With all that has happened this past year, I believe this time is calling us to act in bigger and better ways than we ever have in the past. I will be reflecting on these four questions asked in Deepak Chopra’s Sound Meditation studies:

  • Who am I?
  • What do I want?
  • What is my purpose?
  • What am I grateful for?

Yes, these are big questions to ask your self. I’ve been asking myself these questions for quite some time this year. The answers that keep coming up are very simple for me and if you keep asking yourself, you will easily find your own answers.

Take time out during the holiday to look back, look where you are now, and look where you want to be. Be intentional.

I wish each of you a peaceful and restful holiday.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
