Avoiding Financial and Emotional Tsunamis Jane Blaufus #LivingFearlessly #thriveglobal

I am always deeply humbled when a guest of whom I have previously showcased on the Living Fearlessly with Lisa McDonald international radio/podcast show…is eager to come back for more. This is particularly true, when their profoundly important message is one which needs to be consistently told and frequently reshared!

As I often say, one’s ability and one’s honed clarity in clearly defining their ultimate purpose in life, is usually a derivative of a person’s once-upon-a-time pain and their previous sense of desperation. It is within the healing process for whatever a person has endured, that they oftentimes come to realize that they cannot be the only one who has encountered similar circumstances hence similar pain, trials, and tribulations. And what is it that servant leaders ultimately then decide to do? Servant Leaders take their healing journey on the road – call it a mission, a quest, a plight, a calling, or a purpose, and they endeavour to uplift, inspire, encourage the masses – the collective – with the intention of empowering others to empower themselves while also demonstrating that if they as the messenger, can turn darkness into brightness – if they can be a catalyst for change – so then can YOU do the same for yourself in your own journey! It is the gift that keeps on giving! It is the exemplifier of what IS not only possible…but what is BEYOND possible! Afterall…the sky is not the limit…BEYOND sky’s the limit..for if we each choose to believe, (and yes, it is a choice!) then and only then is it genuinely possible to become LIMITLESS! It is a mindset first and foremost!

Not everyone can necessarily relate specifically to what happened to Jane Blaufus or the harrowing story of receiving an unexpected knock-on-the-door by law enforcement, only to be told the life-shattering news that her husband, whom she had only hours beforehand had woken up with, had perished in a motorcycle accident. Just like that and in the blink of an eye…Jane’s once-upon-a-time life as she had known and loved it to be…had morphed into sheer and utter hell.

As a grieving and mourning widow, who also embarked upon the newfound reality of single-parenthood…did Jane then opt to make the decision to transform herself into becoming bitter, resentful, or fall prey to victimology? NO!! Instead, Jane embraced the healing process, which enabled her to become a powerhouse in the businessworld by simply choosing to be that beacon of light to others – those impacted by financial crisis and legal chaos as a result of not having all their ducks in a row prior to suffering an unimaginable loss in their lives.

Being a proactive, progressive, and solution-focused woman – Jane more importantly…wanted to reach, connect, educate, enlighten and impact people in advance of them ever potentially being simultaneously hit with both a financial and an emotional tsunami. Suffering the harrowing death of a loved one is pain-stakingly arduous enough a process for anyone to have to experience, let alone the added strife of being financially unprepared, and legally vulnerable.

One might be inclined to think that for all described in the aforementioned, that my interview with Jane last Friday on Living Fearlessly with Lisa McDonald, would likely have been morose or emotionally heavy by description…when in actuality, we found ourselves laughing throughout the majority of our amazing time spent together on the global airwaves. Yes, it is possible to find the humour in the aftermath of death and crisis! This is a true testament to Jane’s character, inner strength and resolve, and speaks volumes to Jane as an indomitably spirited, human being!

For all the myriad of ways in which you continue to pay it forward and are of invaluable service to others, Jane, I wish to express my whole-hearted gratitude to you!  For you making the deliberately intentional decision to prevail, and for choosing to overcome your own personal travesty – you have thereby richly impacted, and have profoundly enhanced the lives of countless others. Your daily lead by example approach for how you tirelessly choose to show up in this world, Jane…is nothing shy of remarkable! YOU are remarkable!

On behalf of both Jane Blaufus and myself, we wish to mutually thank you for graciously taking time out of your hectic schedules and busy lives for kindly reading this Feature Article, and for listening to the enclosed podcast link of our hilariously educational discussion, and for any additional contact you may wish to initiate extending to either or to both of us. We appreciate you and the gift of your time! Thank you!
