This week has been all about overcoming and pushing through a mindset of scarcity and lack.

I attended a service at my local Center for Spiritual Living on Sunday and the whole topic was about our mindset: scarcity vs. abundance.

The universe works in funny ways, because this whole week I’ve been working on figuring out what my next car will be after trading in my lease and OH BOY, that voice of doubt and fear of lack have been fighting for the spotlight in my mind all week!

Saying things like….

  • You can’t afford the car you want
  • What if you bite off more than you can chew?
  • What if you don’t make enough money this month?
  • What if you use all your savings and go totally broke?
  • What if your whole life blows up and you epically FAIL?!

The list goes on!

Wild how hard you have to fight to own your own mind at times, isn’t it?

Here’s the major lesson:

What you focus on will become your reality.

It’s the basic law of attraction. If you’re always worried that there’s not enough, that your time/money/etc. will run out, it probably will! You’re whole being is vibrating at that frequency, attracting those things, people and situations. If you’re worried that there will never be enough, there will literally never be enough for you.

Here’s the thing. We know we live in an abundant universe. There is so much money to be had. There are billions of people on this earth who are your potential clients, friends or soulmates. There are endless resources available to us all.

But we tell ourselves this story that there is not enough. That it won’t happen for us.

This is a direct reflection of how you view and feel about yourself. YOU’RE NOT ENOUGH.

So what if you totally flip the script?

Why NOT you?! What if there is more than enough, and if you decide to believe that, then it’s already making its way to you? What if you decide to have such unwavering faith in yourself and the universe that you know without a doubt, you will always be okay and will always be supported? What if you start making decisions from this point of view?

Here’s is a visual to help you figure out which perspective you’ve been coming from.
