Celebrating the holidays with my @unwomen family and turning my wishes and aspirations into real-world change!
As a @metowe and @wemovement partner, I’m planning to support homeless women in my community through collecting sanitary napkins, blankets and other products to help them feel more comfortable this winter.
As servant leaders, let’s work to develop a global perspective that encompasses the experiences of those in need and make an impact for social good.
2018 has been an incredible year pursuing my work as an advocate for the United Nations and UN Women, my passion for the arts and photography through shooting for brands including Victoria Secret PINK and working to empower women and girls in underserved areas such as parts of rural India through my foundation ShePower India.
I’ve been honored to share my story on platforms including the LA Times HS Insider, Radius8, The Independent Free Press (IFP) and India West.
I’ve interviewed change-makers such as Harvard Business School Student Body Co-President Triston Francis for LinkedIn and incredible breakthroughs for representation of women and diverse voices were made throughout 2018.
I’ve met amazing people and have been able to do the things that fill may heart and am looking ahead to 2019!
