Another Day in Paradise…

I find calmness in the ocean/I find calmness in light/I find calmness in cumulus clouds/I seek calmness within myself.

I find calmness in the ocean/I find calmness in light/I find calmness in cumulus clouds/I seek calmness within myself.

I have found the only way to be calm is to plan calm; is to think calming thoughts; is to calm my curiosity; is to calm my calm…and let go of the deterrents and reach for my dreams…

As I have aged I have learned the value and necessity of having authentic emotions…if I am sad, it is my responsibility to speak of my sadness before masking it as anger…and further journeys of authentic outputs after the appropriate self reflections.

…thus “to thy own self be true” has garnered new value and understanding as if I haven’t learned to be true to me first, I won’t have a chance of being true to you…

I seek calmness within myself/I find calmness in cumulus clouds/I find calmness in light/I find calmness in the oceans of Life.

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
