My name is Dr. Alexandro Beato. I am married to an amazing woman and have three children. I am an adjunct professor at Park University, Webster University, and Brazosport College. I am passionate about learning in my pursuit of personal and professional growth. I have also increased my awareness of social and economic issues affecting people in our cities and communities. I believe that education and knowledge sharing are two excellent ways to bring positive social change to our world.
While working on my doctoral study, I came across valuable information I felt compelled to share with leaders and people in the research community. My inspiration to co-author a book was the result of my desire to share knowledge with the world and hopefully bring positive social change.
My primary goal for the three books I co-authored was to provide leaders with information they can use to promote increased organizational performance. Many leaders understand the importance of retaining top performers, but few create programs to promote employees’ job satisfaction. Reducing employee turnover is essential to the survival of any organization because knowledge retention leads to improved performance and increased productivity.
My audience are readers who are interested in exploring new insight to improve their leadership potentials and increase the performance of their organizations through the retentions of talented employees.
I have been considering publishing a book about organizational leadership. Although I do not have a start date for that project, I would like to start by the end of this year.
