Thrive Global: What’s the first thing you do when you get out of bed?Aleen Keshishian: Meditate.

TG: What gives you energy?
AK: My family.

TG: Tell us about your relationship with your phone. Does it sleep with you?
No. It sleeps in my bathroom on silent.

TG: How do you deal with email?
Haven’t figured that one out yet since I get over 1000 per-day. I much prefer text.

TG: When was the last time you felt burned out?
AK: 5 minutes ago.
