The ability to see with bare eyes, the electromagnetic field can be done by anyone, with just a little practice.

  1. First step is let your eye stare into the blue sky for a few minutes. Keep staring until you can see tiny particles moving in the air.
  2. Practice focusing and unfocusing your vision from the sky. Get into a natural rhythm of letting your eyes unfocus and then back to being in focus.
  3. While your eyes are in a unfocused state you will want to turn your vision preferably to a tree or some sort of plant. Plants are a great start for your training.
  4. As you look at the tree and practice more focusing and unfocusing of eyes you will begin to see a sort of outer gentle outline of the tree. This will most likely depend on the tree or your abilities.:-)
  5. Give your eyes a rest for the day.
  6. Next practice will be with a human. It can be either yourself or another. For yourself you will want to do more of the eye exercise in front of a mirror. With another person try doing this while the other person has a white backdrop or wall behind them.
  7. As you practice these eye exercises you will next want to move into a body meditation.
  8. When you are going to begin doing theses exercises become aware of your internal state. Becoming very still will improve the visual awareness. This will increase your ability to see auras.

Happy Aura Seeing!

People look for retreats for themselves, in the country, by the coast, or in the hills . . . There is nowhere that a person can find a more peaceful and trouble-free retreat than in his own mind. . . . So constantly give yourself this retreat, and renew yourself.
