3. Do away with extra weight

Extra weight brings discomfort to the body. It also makes one get tired easily doing some easy tasks such as walking for a short distance or going up the stairs. 4. Don’t strain your body

You should ensure that for every lack of enough sleep at night, you compensate with an afternoon siesta.
