5 Ways to Lose Weight Effectively While You Remain Healthy

While it is pretty easy to accumulate the troublesome weight you now have, it may take longer to lose weight yet remain healthy gradually. The good news however is, it is possible to lose weight slowly, as you stay healthy. Most overweight beings want to have their weight loss just in a short span of time. But why do countless people still retain that bothersome weight despite numerous efforts?

Most people do not follow the instructions given to losing their weight while they remain healthy. Yes, it is that simple. Some will give up on the way; others will stop following the guide as soon as they see a slight change. It does not work that way if you are looking for tremendous results in weight loss and good health.

Gradually losing weight is as; easy as increasing water intake each new day! You can slowly lose weight, yet remain healthy and attractive. You have to follow each step as listed below. You will be glad you followed each step without ignoring.

1. Take Clean Water

As you strive to lose weight, keep an eye on your health. That is, do not just drink water, drink clean water. You can boil it (take it hot or cold), or you can buy bottled water. Taking bottled water will keep your body free from infections that arise from drinking dirty water.

Water cleanses your body from toxins and helps it to burn fat efficiently. Water will also keep your stomach full thereby minimizing your chances of snacking too much.

Well, it is evidence that most people don’t like drinking water. There’s a solution for you. Consume foods that contain much water. They include watermelon, pineapples, cucumbers, asparagus, grapes, and tomatoes. The good thing about them is, they also provide fiber which takes time to digest thereby keeping you full for longer.

2. Get Your Heart Rate Up

Most overweight people find it extremely difficult to do exercises. However, this doesn’t make it impossible to exercise. So, what is the secret behind a successful workout? Start by having 30 minutes daily-walk, jogging, swimming and running up and down the staircases. Remember your goal is to lose weight gradually, yet remain healthy. Walking, jogging, running up and down the stairs is meant to help your body adjust to exercise and eventually be able to do compound exercises. Do not overwork your body, do everything gradually by having breaks in between workouts.

By now, your body has already adjusted; you can embark on full body exercise, that is, the arms, chest, quads, glutes, hamstrings, and abs. Start on burpees, deadlifts, shoulder presses, and squats. The results will be impressive.

3. Eradicate Alcohol

Have in mind, the ultimate goal is to lose weight gradually yet remain healthy; eradicating alcohol will give you just what you are striving to get. Alcohol has no nutritional rewards at all. In fact, it is entirely toxic! Why? Every gram of alcohol contains seven calories.

Take, for example, cocktail; its sugary mixers may earn you 1000 calories in just a night! On the other hand, alcohol stimulates your appetite thereby pushing you to eat more. Do you remember the day you started drinking (if you do); you did not drink as much as you do today. Right? Just as you increased your daily intake gradually, you will overcome alcohol intake gradually by reducing your consumption. Does that sound difficult? Give it an attempt, and you will love it.

4. Cut Off Your Bad Lifestyle

It is evident that your past lifestyle has earned you the troublesome weight. Knowing that, gives you the answer to the remedy. That is, cut off that lousy lifestyle. When you eat that which contains lots of calories you shall have your weight on the spot. While it remains challenging to lose weight gradually, it remains possible to achieve it.

Let your focus drive you. Cut down your calorie intake. If you consume 2litres of soda daily, cut off by 1litre for seven days. In the next seven days, take 1litre in two days. Gradually, you will overcome the challenge without much effort.

5. Focus on Natural and Organic Foods

Many people will advise you to take fewer meals in a day. However, it is possible to do that yet get no desired results. Why? Let’s say for example you make two meals in a day, chips for lunch, and white rice for dinner. Does this help anyone? What about your health? You will gain weight, and your health will be on the spot as well!

Eating fewer meals on its own cannot yield the desired results. It must contain the right nutrients. Natural foods like vegetables will you help gradually lose weight, yet remain healthy. Natural and organic foods are best known for burning calories naturally. They include nuts, beans, vegetables, onions, garlic, and mushroom, to mention but a few. Only remember to vary the natural foods to get the nutrients required from a variety of sources.

Gradually losing weight yet remain healthy is not as tricky as people view it. Many overweight people have managed to lose lots of pounds without having to pay for it. The secret is drinking (clean) water, doing exercise, eating proportioned but recommended foods, changing your lifestyle for good and eradicating alcohol.
