5 healthy and accessible habits for a balanced life

You may have noted in your list of good resolution to have a healthier, more balanced life and take care of yourself

Well today I give you the basics to get there ! It’s been quite a few years that I explore, experiment and have developed a lot of habits that make my life healthy, greedy and happy . So I wanted to share these healthy habits with you because having a balanced life is essential to be fulfilled and motivated everyday.

I want to clarify that it is out of the question to banish the treats and small pleasures of everyday life. You just have to find a happy medium between pleasure and restriction. I am convinced that all “too many” are bad, whether for sweets, sports, fast food or raw vegetables. To be in agreement with oneself and to love one’s body one must simply listen to oneself and not fall into the excesses , the pressure of the media or the statements of one’s relatives.

1. Reading, doing yoga or painting a little each day

Having a healthy and happy life also happens, and above all, by having a calm and serene mind . Doing an activity that pleases us relaxes our mind and lets it focus on one and only thing. We have so much to do during our days, so much to think, plan and organize that our minds do not really know the word relaxation. That’s why I invite you to take a few minutes each day to do a creative activity (or not) that requires your mind to focus on one thing only . It will help you to de-stress, refocus on you and live the moment.

In practice : Instead of finishing your day in front of a series, grab a good book or your knitting! This will allow you to calm down before dark and avoid the blue lights on the TV that keep you awake. To you a calm mind and a good night’s sleep! You can also start your day with 5 minutes of yoga or to relax during your lunch break.

2. To drink !

Water, especially, but also green tea and infusions. These drinks will hydrate and eliminate toxins from your body. All of this will help you to have more energy and motivation on a daily basis. It is often forgotten, but hydration plays an absolutely essential role in our physical and mental state . A body and a brain that lack water and it’s our life that takes a hit!

3. Allow 5 minutes for yourself

Surely the best habit you can take this year. I told you a little higher, but having a healthy life also means taking care of yourself in a general way . Taking care of your body is very important but cajoling your “me” is even more so. How do you want to be healthy and happy.se if your head is out of breath? Impossible. It is therefore vital that every day (yes, yes), you take at least 5 minutes for yourself, to do something that you like and flourish. It does not have to be something crazy. Just a few moments when you cut yourself off from the world , where you focus on yourself, the incredible person you are and all the beautiful things that life offers you everyday.

4. To take care of your fitness

For a healthy life you must have to look for your fitness, if you are fit you will live your life healthy and happy. And for fitness, you have to take trainings and as well as has to join the gyms. Everyone reacts differently to the training based on the inflammatory reaction of his body transformation.

5. Have healthy snacks to wear

I do not know you, but I often get hungry at times and places that are quite improbable . And when I’m hungry, I have to eat, otherwise I can not do anything (it happens to me even to become aggressive, well I abuse a little, but still!). So I always make sure to have food at hand and if possible something healthy and filling. And if you want to avoid cracking on your colleague’s cakes or the fast-food on the other side, I advise you to bring healthy and easy-to-eat things with you everywhere!
