4 Ways to Bounce Back After a Night Out

The following measurements are what is considered a “standard” drink in the U.S.:

● 12 ounces of beer (about 5% alcohol)

● 5 ounces of wine (about 12% alcohol)

● 1.5 ounces of distilled spirits (about 40% alcohol)

  1. Hydrate

This will reduce the dehydrating effects of alcohol. Water also helps plump up your skin cells, flushing out impurities from your skin and making it look less wrinkled.
