  2. Make a list of all the things you need to get done on this day and work through this list. You’ll find that making yourself productive, is a great way to lift your spirits and get you out of a funk. So, if you need to o grocery shopping, do this. Need to set up some appointments, do it! Need to plan out healthy meals for the week? Do that! Do you have a task that you’ve been putting off for a very long time? Just do it and watch your self feel better!
  3. Once you’ve cleared you space and you’ve gotten rid of the things on your list, then you should do something you really enjoy. If this is reading, then read a book. If this is hiking, then go on a quick hike. Chatting with friends, call them up!
