Do you sometimes feel lost? Or stuck? Or just down? Maybe something bad happened, or you’re just in a funk that you can’t seem to get out of.

Here are 3 easy ways you can easily improve your day:

  1. Clear up your space. Where ever you are right now, whether this is your office, or your home, or your dorm room. Clean up your space. Put everything where it belongs. You’ll find that this helps you feel so much better and in control which can make you feel really good.
  2. Make a list of all the things you need to get done on this day and work through this list. You’ll find that making yourself productive, is a great way to lift your spirits and get you out of a funk. So, if you need to o grocery shopping, do this. Need to set up some appointments, do it! Need to plan out healthy meals for the week? Do that! Do you have a task that you’ve been putting off for a very long time? Just do it and watch your self feel better!
  3. Once you’ve cleared you space and you’ve gotten rid of the things on your list, then you should do something you really enjoy. If this is reading, then read a book. If this is hiking, then go on a quick hike. Chatting with friends, call them up!

Getting yourself out of a funk can sometimes feel like the most difficult thing to do, but believe me, it doesn’t have to be. These 3 easy steps can help almost anyone feel better in a few hours!
