Below are 3 easy ways for you to build more confidence. It's go time!

Confidence.

You have it. You lose it.

That’s how it feels doesn’t it?

Sometimes you’re unstoppable and sometimes you’re questioning everything.

Everything!

The thing is, confidence ebbs and flows, it’s not ON or OFF. It’s dynamic and ever changing. But, it’s also something you can build and improve upon.

And when you choose to work on it, just like anything, you’ll get better at it. And when you feel confident in one area, it ripples through to other areas. Have you noticed that?

And it all starts with how you feel in your body. When you’re confident in your body, you’re confident in your business.

When I work with clients, they observe again and again what a difference it makes in their business, when they feel confident first, in their bodies.

3 Easy Steps to Build Confidence in Your Body and Business:

1: Get Physically Stronger – This is THE best possible move you can make to start feeling confident in your body and your business. You’ll be shocked at what a difference working out will do to skyrocket both your body confidence and your business confidence.

You’ll have the confidence to rock that outfit, or record that Facebook live you’ve been putting off for six months.

To get physically stronger, get outside and walk for an hour each day. And/or do a 20 minute strength training routine, there are plenty of free routines on the internet!

2: Practice Power Poses – I love this one! It’s easy. If you haven’t tried these before, you’ll feel it right away once you’re in the position.

These power positions were introduced in 2010 and are thought to induce positive hormonal and behavioral changes.

Go ahead and search “power pose images” and you’ll see lots to choose from. Choose a few of the poses and start to use them in your day when you want to feel powerful in your body.

Some great times to use these would be during a sales call, before or during an interview, or before recording a video. The options are endless!

3: Wear “Feel Good” Clothes – This one might seem obvious, but I know many women, myself included, that choose clothes that are uncomfortable, not their style, or don’t fit properly.

THIS makes a huge difference in how we FEEL about ourselves. When you’re in the mood, take some time and go through your wardrobe.

What clothes in your closet make you feel attractive? What clothes in your closet feel luxurious against your skin? What clothes in your closet feel comfortable, without being sloppy or way too big on you?

Perhaps it’s time for you to buy some new clothes, you’re worth it, and it makes a HUGE difference in how you show up, even if you work from home and are the only one that sees your outfit.

There you have it. 3 easy ways to start building more confidence in your body and in your business. When you have both working for you, your power goes up and up and up.
