Due to recent busy activies, I usually find it difficult to maintain balance between my mind and body. As I’ve been struggling to find the answer outside, in the end all the answers I need to keep me balance and being productive is inside me all the times.
I’d like to share what I’ve been doing in order to maintain myself and keep it on track and be productive.
1. Be Grateful
You gotta be grateful all the times and have a gratitute towards everything. If you believe everything is gifted, you won’t be thinking that you’re lack of the things you don’t have because everything you already have evrything you need and all you need to do is to find it out and work on it by being grateful.
2. Don’t Complain
I used to complain a lot when things doesn’t go the way I want to but I realized life doesn’t work that way. You can’t complain on all the bad things since you all the bad things you experienced were all lesson to make you even tougher and find a better way to overcome it or even master it.
3. Have Exercise
Exercise is very good for your mind and body since it releases stress and bad energy away. Most of us neglected the time for excercise due to our busy activities but actually its very important to have time to do some excercise. If you can’t do it on weekdays, better do it in weekend. I usually run twice a week and goes to the gym 5 times a week in order to maintain myself since exercise made me forget a while about my probles and focus on myself.
