Here are three ideas to keep moving forward when the fear trickles in:

  1. Take action – Although my mind tells me that I’m too busy or that it will take too long, etc., I find that getting a workout in always makes me feel better at the end of the day and also helps me sleep better!
  2. Feel good right now – Looking for ways to remind me to enjoy the process for whatever I’m currently doing makes me feel good.  This can be enjoying a simple conversation at the gym, to noticing flowers that I pass by or baking some really yummy gluten free, paleo cookies that I recently made!
  3. Reframe – Continually asking myself as a reminder, “What is the lesson in this experience?”  Also looking for other options and being more flexible has reminded me of the possibilities!

What are some ways that have helped you to keep moving forward?
