11. Keep records

You need to record everything you do to maintain fitness, as you should know your progress every day. Firstly note down your fitness goal and then list out the exercises you need to do to reach your goals.

12. Plan the sessions

13. Exercise is must

Exercise is crucial to maintaining fitness you can practice by going to a gym or health club or can also do in the home itself with proper information and precautions. Plan to do a great workout safely.

In three different exercise sessions, you can plan a total body workout. Follow it and stay fit and healthy:

  • The first day: You need to do at least 30 minutes of cardio, then strength exercises that focus mainly on abdominals, chest, and back.
  • The second day: Rest.
  • The third day: Do 30 minutes of cardio, then weight work on legs and shoulders.
  • The fourth day: Rest.
  • The fifth day: Do cardio for 30 minutes and then do biceps, abdominals, and triceps.
  • Sixth and seventh day: Rest.

Search for available types of equipment and do the workout on that equipment all the three days. Try to finish the exercises within half an hour or less.

14. Don’t get stuck in one particular exercise

If you stick to only one kind of activity or workout, you can miss some significant muscle boosting chances. Strength training can help you to maintain good cardiovascular health. To get maximum benefits try to do different types of men’s fitness routine.
